For the next 12 days, except on Thanksgiving, we are going to talk about each of the different P90X workouts. Each day of the workout system has a specially put together workout that incorporates 'muscle confusion' so that you never hit a plateau. You might have heard of muscle confusion but if you haven't, its the driving force behind P90X and is the reason why you should get this routine. Some people say they can get a better workout at their local gym and that may be the case. But for some people its hard to go to a gym, you might be too busy with work or your family, you might be a little overweight and you are self conscious about going to the gym. The opposite can also be true, you might feel too weak and don't want the woman across from you, put you to shame because you can't bench press 75 pounds. There are many reasons why we don't go to the gym, whatever reason you have is just as legit as the next.
Motivation and time are the two causes that keep people from getting to the gym. So what if you didn't have to drive to the gym, or what if you could workout at home with a personal trainer in your own home and who will keep you motivated. Its then when you will see results.
