We give a lot of focus on the P90X workout because its the hardest workout we have. The P90X system is something that not everyone can do, but most people who try it end up finishing it. Its a workout that will keep you motivated. But what if you cannot complete the workout, or what if it is too extreme for you? The great aspect of our site is that we offer many other workout routines. Everything from the light and easy workout to the hard and extreme workouts. Even though I say light, it doesn't mean the workout is going to be easy. For instance the Slim in 6 workout routine is fairly light and is made for women, especially those who just gave birth. But I am not saying this workout will be easy, you will definitely feel the effects of it.

If you want something easier than P90X, then why not start off with Power 90 or Hip Hop Abs. These two workout will get you in shape and tone your muscles. The P90X is an extreme workout that works every single muscle in your body, while burning fat and helping you lose weight. Its the extreme of all workouts, but don't kick yourself if you cannot start with P90X. You can always work your way up from Power 90, Slim in 6 or even Turbo Jam. The choice is up to you but all of these workouts will help you lose weight and keep you motivated.
