The ninth workout in the P90X system is - Chest, Shoulders & Triceps

Besides the abs, the chest, arms, and shoulders are the most desired areas that people want to show off. The routine will make your muscles define and show off like they have never done before. Chest, Shoulders and Triceps will provide a wide variety of great but hard moves that will target new muscles to build up your overall strength at definition. Dips, Push-ups, flys, and tricep kickbacks are a majority of this routine.
