Hip Hop Abs was created by Shaun Thompson, who is better known as Shaun T. He started out dancing at Rowan University, which is located in Glassboro, New Jersey. He received a bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and minored in Theater and Dance.
Shaun has worked with many Hollywood actors, actresses, musicians, designers and many others. In addition to dancing, he incorporated choreography along with that. He was chosen to coordinate events such as the NCAA Final Four halftime show and the Garden State Dance Festival. Shaun created Hip Hop Abs in February 2007.
