Tony Horton’s P90X Plus exercise program is the next step up from PX90. If you’re ready to move on from P90X, this program is designed to give you a challenging workout. This package has exercise workouts with new moves that have never been seen before. They are collaborated with music that was created by the lead singer of the pop/rock group Chicago.

Some of the workouts include muscle chiseling, intense cardio workouts and intense ab exercises to quickly get you results. These advanced workouts are designed to take you to the next level in fitness.

The P90X Plus comes with five intense workouts on DVD:
  • Interval X Plus – This 40-minute workout has lots of cardio moves that start from low intensity to high intensity. This workout makes you want to do some boxing moves. For your lower body, doing this workout will strengthen and sculpt and give you more energy. This workout will change your body in a short time.

  • Kenpo Cardio Plus – In this 40-minute cardiovascular session, you will go through a fast paced workout. This will help you with your balance and can help get rid up that layer of fat that just won’t go away.

  • Upper Plus – A 45-minute intense workout that works your muscles and your entire upper body, to include your chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps and whatever else is there. This workout is so intense you may not be able to pick up anything for a few hours after you’ve finished.

  • Total Body Plus – This is definitely a total body workout. For 45 minutes, you will be involved in sculpting, strengthening and getting those muscles worked up. When it’s all over, you might not be able to stand for a little while.

  • Abs/Core Plus – This 20 minute workout is an advanced version of Ab Ripper X, from P90. You will be involved in four positions: hanging, sitting, standing and plank). This will help your ab workout to be more intense and quickly shrink your midsection.

This workout program comes with additional tools to help you in your quest for a better body:
  • A fitness guide that contains workout schedules. It shows you how to use the P90X Plus workouts with your P90X workout program.

  • Plenty of worksheets that you can download from your computer. You will be able to keep up with how you’re doing.

  • Free online access and a chance to chat live with Tony Horton. You will also be able to interact with an online community.

  • Tony’s Trainer Tracks on DVD that contains tips to get your body in a fabulous form.

Since the P90X Plus workouts are so intense, you should take what is called a “recovery week” to cool down after you’ve finished the workout program. You can use the easy exercise workouts (Yoga X and Cardio X to name a few) from P90X to heal your body. These exercises will help your body to get ready for the next session of intense workouts form P90X.

With the intense workouts from P90X Plus, your body will be sculpted to perfection and looking like it has never looked before, even after working out with P90X!
