Slim In 6 was created by Debbie Siebers. Debbie has been working in the fitness arena for over 20 years. She has been seen on numerous news media outlets and entertainment programs. She was determined to get herself right with getting herself in shape. She began to work on a regular basis, and she started eating better. When she felt herself getting to a low point in her life, she turned away from foods that would harm her and continued to workout. She enjoyed working out so much, she decided to become a personal trainer. Her first assignment was working at Body-by-Jake, where she would work with celebrities.

She continued as a personal trainer and decided to develop her Slim In 6 exercise program.

The Slim In 6 program was made to revolutionize and reshape your body within a matter of six weeks. This exercise program uses a technique called Slim Training®.   • A nutrition guide that can help you with eating right and consuming healthy meals.

  • You can keep up with your progress with a motivational calendar.

  • When you lose those inches, you can measure your progress with a tape measure.

  • You have access to free diet and fitness tips online, with support from others.

Last, but not least, Slim In 6 contains three bonuses to further assist you with your fitness goals:
  • An 11-minute video featuring an advanced abs workout to help you get those flat abs.

  • A 14-minute video, called Slim and Limber that is a light workout routine to keep the energy flowing in your body.

  • A 6-Day Express™ food plan that can assist you in losing up to six pounds within the first week.


With these instructional videos and additional tools, there’s no reason you wouldn’t want to have a more lean and toned body.
