Drinking water at different times can provide benefits that you may not be aware of. Weight loss, improved health and more energy in your body—drinking water for these benefits can greatly impact you.
• You should drink at least two glasses of water when you wake up in the morning. Your body is still working hard for you while you are in la la land. While you’re nestled on your pillow at night, your water reserves become less. You will have more energy in the morning after your drink two glasses of water. If you have any toxins in your kidneys, water will help to flush them out by way of your bladder. The most concentrated time is when you initially urinate. You can assist this by drinking lots of water. • During your workout routine, take a break and drink a small bottle of water every twenty minutes that you’re involved. If you don’t have any water in your system while you’re exercising, your body will become dehydrated. You should drink water during intervals while you’re exercising. It’s especially important for athletes to consume plenty of water. They can have serious health issues if their body is not hydrated before they commit to whatever sport it is they’re involved in. Before you start your P90X workout or Hip Hop Abs routine, try drinking some water to stay hydrated. • For metabolism increase, drink two cups of water before you eat. It's been proven by German researches that if you drink two cups of water before eating, you can increase your metabolism by up to 30%. That's why it's emphasized to drink plenty of water, especially when you're working on losing weight. • When you start feeling hunger pangs, drink a glass of water. Research has shown that at least half of all hunger pangs are created because a person is thirsty. Drink a tall glass of water if you start to crave for food. Allow yourself at least ten minutes before you feel a change. If you drink the tall glass as suggested, you probably won't feel hungry anymore. Sometimes, your mind may think you're hungry when you're actually thirsty. Leave the cinnamon rolls and potato chips alone and drink more water. You'll be amazed at how many pounds will drop off your body. • If you consume alcohol and beverage drinks that contain caffeine, drink water in addition to that. Alcohol and beverage drinks with caffeine can make you feel dehydrated. The way you feel when you consume alcohol can mess with your blood's fluid balance. When you drink a glass of water for every alcoholic drink you consume, your body will remain hydrated. There will be less chance of you having a hangover. Also, drinking alcohol, coffee and tea can cause you to retreat to the bathroom more often. The electrolytes in your body can be affected and thrown off balance.
