Are you disgusted because you have “thunder thighs”? Do they rub together when you walk? That’s not a good feeling to have. However, you don’t have to despair. There is a solution to getting smaller thighs, but you have to do some work in order to attain them. Want to know what that is?
It’s exercising and eating right. This combination will work for you but only if you keep at it. As far as your eating regimen is concerned, you should have a healthy diet. When we eat, there’s not much dietary fat in our bodies. Other foods that you eat will burn the fat from your body. However, most of the fat that we consume will be stored in our body. Most of that then shifts to the lower parts of the body, including the thighs. There are some vegetarian foods which you consume that contain a high quantity of fat. They also contain a lot of sodium. If you have too much sodium in your system, your body will retain fluids. Try to limit your intake of potato chips and candy. Potato chips, in particular, contain saturated fat, which is not good for you. If you want to monitor your food consumption a little more closely, create a food log or journal. That way you will know what you need to eliminate. Stick with consuming fresh fruits and vegetables. They contain plenty of vitamins and nutrients. The great aspect of the P90X Workout Routine is that it comes with a nutritional guide to help you eat correctly. The nutritional guide will lay down what kinds of foods, how much food and when to eat these foods. If you like to drink alcohol, this may not be good for you. In addition to being a toxic drink, you can contract cirrhosis of the liver if you overdo it. The additional toxins will flow into your blood and end up in your thighs. When this happens you will have cottage cheese thighs or what is commonly known as cellulite. To avoid this, cut back on your alcohol consumption or cut it out altogether (hard to do, but can be done). To get rid of those thunder thighs or cottage cheese thighs, it is imperative that you exercise. Don’t over do it and forget to cool down with stretching. Without exercise, not only are you running the risk of keeping the thunder thighs or cottage cheese thighs, you can develop some serious health issues. By starting off slow or with a walk, you can speed up your metabolism enough so that the foods you eat don't go straight to your thighs. Weight loss programs are essential to losing those extra pounds. You must also realize that when you engage in exercise, that the thunder thighs or cottage cheese thighs will not go away overnight. It’s going to take some time for your thighs to firm up and become slimmer. Here are some exercises you can do to help with your thighs:
It is imperative that you include stretching after your exercise. You should also do it prior to your exercise routine. This will help you to avoid strains and bulky muscles. Before you know it, your thunder thighs or cottage cheese thighs will be history. by: UltimateFitnessGear |
