Crunches. Sit ups. Bicycles. Two more sets. Repeat. Other side. It drones on and on. We have all been there. The monotonous counting in our heads “…5,6,7,8, no, I can’t do one more set”. It is boring and monotonous. And sooner or later we get too tired and impatient and we quit our routine. We have lost all hope for the glorious, and coveted abs. And yet, we still long for those Hollywood, glorified abs.
