Water is the lubricant that is going to keep you going and will be the liquid that will flush out toxins ad waste products from your body. You need to be consuming at least eight glasses of water per day. Another liquid that often gets put on the back-burner is green tea. Green teal is going to boost your metabolism naturally and efficiently. So put down that cup of coffee and start putting green tea into your system.
