We know what you are thinking. You have your children running with you when you go out jogging or you have them eating better, and working out with you at the swimming pool. Although these are great ways to get kids started you have to remember that they kids. There will be days that neither you nor the kids want to go out to the gym and when this happens what can you do?Many parents are finding that using workout videos at home are working a lot better than any other method. One of the reasons this works is because kids are responsive to those types of fitness programs that are active. They like to be up and jumping around. They also are less resistant to workouts, if they do not feel like workouts. One way to entice them is by getting workout videos that are geared towards them and their energy. Recently many people are turning to Shaun T's Fit Kids Club. This is a fitness program that was designed specifically for kids and they love it. The nice feature about this particular workout program is that is geared for kids. It is not just an adult program that is labeled for children. Because of this the music is fast paced and fun and kids get to learn basic dance moves. When the video is made specifically for children it can help boost their self-esteem. The video gives them the types of moves they can do and they are not bored with trying to follow a video that was geared only for adults. With Shaun's Fit Kids Club he motivates children to want to dance and move. He has danced with famous stars like Nick and Aaron Carter and Mariah Carey. Because he is both a dancer and a choreographer himself he understands what children need and how to get them moving. With Shaun T's program the kids will feel more like they are at a party than they are working out; they may even ask their friends to join. He also starts children on the video which helps your kids get involved. Your Place For: Workout Routines - Workout DVDs - P90X |
