Turbo JamTurbo Jam is a popular workout developed by Chalene Johnson. This workout is designed to help you sculpt your body and burn calories. Using popular music and some fast paced moves, this workout puts you through a creative, energizing workout that is sure to help you achieve the fitness results you are seeking.

The Turbo Jam workout is packed with energy and new moves that will challenge you. By using this workout, you can burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour! That is more than walking, running or any other traditional workout. In the Learn and Burn section of the workout, Chalene introduces you to her “Elite 11” moves that make up the Turbo Jam workouts. These moves are designed to do some serious body sculpting, while burning some serious calories. The Turbo Sculpt section of the workout is a forty minute strength training workout designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles.

The 20 Minute Workout is designed for those days when you just do not have the time to fit in a full workout. You can burn your calories fast in this twenty minute segment, and get a shorter, intense workout. The last segment of the workout is the Cardio Party. This is a longer workout, 45 minutes, where you will work through a high-intensity workout to some great dance music.

You can add to your Turbo Jam workout with Turbo Jam Maximum Results as well as Turbo Jam Get on the Ball, a workout designed to add an exercise ball to your workout.
