What You Need To Have For P90x

So you are thinking about getting the P90x workout system.  Well, I hope you are ready to be challenged and pushed to the max, because P90x will make you “Bring It.”  Before you get the P90x you will need to get a few things to do the workouts.  This equipment will help you get the most out of your P90x workout, and it is required.  The

First piece of equipment you will need is the P90x Chin Up bar.  This is used all the time in your workouts, and by getting the uniquely designed P90x chin up bar you will be sure to get the right results from your workout.

Dumbells or P90x Resistance Bands are the other thing that you will need for your P90x workout.  You can use either dumbells or resistance bands.  It is up to you wether you want to use dumbells or resistance bands.  The nice thing about the P90x resistance bands is that they are cheaper than dumbells and they take up less room.  They are also eay o travel with.

    my husband and i are both wanting to order the px90 can we conform the same package for both we do not want to have to be out the expense for 2 different packages. Thank you

    The P90X is a workout package and you both can use. You will want to be sure you have a way to do pull ups and to either have dummbells or resistance bands. This is a workout that you both can do at the same time. I hope this answers your question.
