1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced into 1/2-in. rounds
5 black olives, sliced
Juice of 1 fresh lime nonstick cooking spray
Directions:
Heat a nonstick skillet coated with a nonstick cooking spray over medium heat and add the steak. Saute’ steak for about 2 minutes, allowing it to “brown,” and season with salt, pepper, and cumin. Add peppers, onions, and garlic powder and saute’ for an additional 3 to 4 minutes, until the steak is cooked through and the peppers have begun to soften. Serve with salsa and warmed tortilla. While fajitas are cooking, combine the cucumber, tomato, and olives and top with fresh lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.

It has been about a year now since ChaLean Extreme has been out on the market, so now that we had some time to analyze this workout program, we can finally answer the question is Chalean Extreme works. That is the answer we have all been waiting for. In fact, with any workout program we want to know if it works or not, if it is worth our time and money or if it is not.
I can honestly say that the ChaLean Extreme workout program does work. The thing I love about Chalene Johnson‘s ChaLean Extreme workout, is all the wonderful uses of dumbbells. Your arms, shoulders, legs, abs, and chest, all get incredible workouts from the dumbbell workouts. It is not just because of the dumbbells why this program is so successful, but it is because of the technique that Chalene teaches you. Chalene teaches you to go slow with your exercises. You see it all the time at the gym, people pumping out reps as quickly as possible and not focusing on the targeted area. Chalean Extreme helps you to contract slowly and release slowly, getting the full benefit through the whole motion.
