This is a lightweight monitor that is a perfect size for women.  It will constantly give you your heart rate no matter what, because of it’s pulse technology.
This monitor will help you with your high and low target limits with an alarm, and is fully water resistant

This is a different style, it has the chest strap.  It really depends on what you like, strapless or with a strap.  Some people like these better because it can give them a more accurate heart rate reading, but some just cannot get over the strap around their chest.
