We have all heard about P90x and Insanity workout, well those are the more extreme workouts out there, but what are some nice beginner workouts for people who are not quite up to P90x or Insanity levels.  There are many workouts out there that will help you get on your way.

Body Gospel Workout – This is a great beginners workout, but if you are not really into spiritual things then this workout might not be for you.  The Body Gospel Workout has already helped thousands of people lose weight and feel emotionally better about themselves because of its spiritual positive vibe. The moves are easy to do and the learning curve is not that big.

Hip Hop Abs – Shaun T is the creator of the Hip Hop Abs routine, this is a fun and effective workout that you will enjoy doing. I mean, who doesn’t like hip hop. Hip Hop Abs was one of the first big dance workouts that helped start the dance workout craze in the United States. Dancing is a great way to lose weight and sweat off those pounds, So if you like hip hop dancing than you can definitely check out Hip Hop Abs.

Turbo Jam Maximum Results – Chalene Johnson helped to create this turbo quick workout. The Turbo Jam has a lot of cardio and also includes a kickboxing style workout. The cool thing about getting the Turbo Jam Maximum Results is that is comes with weighted gloves for all the punching.

Tony Horton’s 10 Minute Trainer – There really is nothing that Tony Horton does that is “easy.” The 10 minute trainer is great for beginners, because the workout can adjust with you as you become more fit. 10 Minute Trainer Options

Tony Horton’s 10 Minute Trainer has quickly become one of the best selling in-home workout DVDs on the market.  Only Tony Horton himself expected the 10 minute trainer to be as popular as it has been over the last couple years.  Even though 10 minute trainer has become wildly popular, there are still a lot of people who do not know about all the different 10 minute trainer options.  There are many ways to buy the 10 minute trainer to best fit yourself…Here are your options:

Basic packages:

The most popular option is the basic 10 minute workout – medium resistance.  This is a great option for women, but men really like it too.  It comes with a 15 lbs. resistance band.  The other option would be to get the basic 10 minute trainer – heavy resistance.  This is the one most men get.  It comes with a 20 lbs. resistance band.  The band weight is the only difference between the medium resistance and the heavy resistance.

Deluxe Packages:

The 10 minute trainer deluxe comes in two different packages.  It comes in a deluxe medium resistance and a deluxe heavy resistance.  The medium resistance comes with  15, 20, and a 30 lbs. resistance bands.  The heavy resistance comes with a 20, 30, and 40 lbs. resistance bands.  The deluxe package comes with both the basic package and the upgrade(explained later in post).  If you buy one of the deluxe packages, then you need not to buy anything else.

Upgrade Packages:

The 10 minute trainer upgrade packages are for those who have already bought the 10 minute trainer basic package and are looking for the next challenge.  There are two different upgrade packages. They are called the upgrade medium resistance and the upgrade heavy resistance.  Again, the upgrade medium resistance comes with the 15, 20, and 30 lbs. bands, and the upgrade heavy resistance comes with 20, 30 and 40 lbs. resistance bands.
